CRG was appointed by a federal judge to take control over this 267-unit mobile home park housing over 3,000 people located on a Native American reservation in the Coachella Valley. Duroville didn’t have a working sewage system and was overrun by wild dogs. CRG made the sewage system operational and spent a year as the land’s receiver before turning it over to a former partner. Duroville is now a vacant lot with all its previous residents moved to a new mobile home park.
